Situated in Houston's River Oaks district, Park Place incorporates two mixed-use four-story buildings, underground parking garage, and a 2-acre park. Included in the buildings are 105,000 sq. ft. of retail space and an additional 105,000 sq. feet of office space. The development uses a brick and iron aesthetic as a nod to the classic industrial architecture that is a part of Houston's history. The developer aims to connect the community with a live, work, play environment while preserving the character of the neighborhood. G2LD is responsible for site and pedestrian lighting, facade lighting, park landscape lighting and parking garages. Lighting is designed to complement these goals-creating a vibrant evening destination and giving a sense of place to the neighborhood.
