This 400,000-square-foot, 14-story administration complex is the highlight of METRO's 16-station light rail transit starter line. The facility combines all of METRO's administrative services and public functions in a single, easily accessible location, with the lobby level operating as a fundamental part of the transit center.

The complex also features a 30,000-square-foot transit center, which gets much of its light levels from uplighting the expansive barrel vaults, and a 160-seat auditorium, which required lighting compatible with video conferencing as well as television cameras. The open plan workstations and private offices are designed with an emphasis on natural daylighting.
